IN THIS WORKSHOP SERIES YOU WILL RECEIVE:
1.) Simple and sustainable ways to manage food allergies &/or intolerances via three Food Allergy Freedom Workshop Sessions (via phone and/or via recording for those who cannot join the live call). Each session is 60-90 minutes in length. We’ll cover:
Understanding food allergies and intolerances
Shopping, cooking & eating with food allergies
Social strategies: eating at restaurant, socializing
2.)Worksheets + weekly homework to help support your own process of integrating a food allergy management system into your life.
3.) Access to a private, Series-specific Facebook Group to share ideas, support and feedback.
4.)Up to three email exchanges with the Series facilitator, Catherine Mason, for personalized support & coaching.
